WindshieldHUB, LLC – Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
At WindshieldHUB, we strive to provide reliable service while ensuring our technicians are available when customers need them. We understand plans can change, so the following policy helps balance customer flexibility with our technicians’ scheduled commitments.
1. Changes Made More Than 12 Hours Before Appointment
Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled free of charge when changes are made more than 12 hours before the scheduled service window (typically 9 AM–12 PM, 12 PM–3 PM, or 3 PM–6 PM).
2. Changes Made Within 12 Hours of Appointment
If an appointment is rescheduled or canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled time, a $75 fee applies. This fee helps cover technician time already reserved and travel arrangements prepared for the appointment.
3. Appointments Booked Within 12 Hours
For services scheduled within the next 12 hours, customers have a 30-minute grace period after booking to cancel or reschedule without charge. After this period, the $75 cancellation fee will apply.
